Delivery
Delivery area
- Currently only to Finland, i.e. within Finland.
Transportation and logistics
- Posti and Matkahuolto are available as options at checkout.
Package size
- Usually, orders that only contain beads (e.g. less than 30 bags) fit into XXS-sized packages.
The standard size is a box measuring 19cm x 10cm x 3cm.
-> If you choose Posti, a package of this size will automatically arrive in your mailbox.
- Larger orders (e.g. containing tools/supplies) will arrive at a pickup point or vending machine, regardless of the shipping company.
Price
- Currently there are two prices for delivery:
Matkahuolto XXS | 5.80€
Post XXS | 5.90€
Packaging
- Always a cardboard box, no bags.
-> Delicate products do not break easily.
- Shredded paper to absorb shocks and reduce product movement inside the package.
- No imprints, prints, ink or dyeing.
-> The environment thanks you!
- Only a colored logo sticker as a seal.
Schedule
- I will deliver the packages to the driver of your choice every weekday, Mon-Fri.
Questions about delivery
- If you have received an order confirmation from us, please contact the customer service of your chosen driver.
Pick-up from the office - Free!
- The address will appear when you select this option at checkout.
- I recommend choosing this method only if the distance to the point is less than 50km.
- Pick-up time is 3 days.
Once you have received an email confirmation that your order is ready.
For example : If you have received a pick-up message in your email on January 17, 2026 at 09:35, the pick-up time is until January 20, 2026 at 09:35.
- The pickup box is locked with a code and can only be opened with the order number shown in the order confirmation.
For example : If your order number is #1008, then your unlock code is 1008.
-> The code is therefore completely order-specific and will not be shared with outsiders!
- The box is located in the front yard of the property and can be identified by the company logo and the text "Pioni Pearls Finland - Pickup".

Quality assurance
Every product sold passes through the hands of the entrepreneur. Even every single pearl over 2mm in size!
This way I can further verify the condition and quality of the products. This is especially important for delicate products, such as glass beads.
Pioni Pearls Finland is the importer of the entire range and the entrepreneur carefully selects the products and manufacturers, taking the whole into account.

Not just a company - There really is one real person behind the whole thing!
Why is this really great? If you need something that you can't seem to get in Finland: I can try to source it from hundreds of manufacturers and add it to the selection - either as a single item or if others need something similar, it can even be established for the store!
When everything that happens within the company is managed by just one person, you as a customer always get the best possible service and knowledge: No "ask or call here and there" nonsense!
As an entrepreneur, I can answer a wide range of questions about, for example, manufacturing and storage.
Product images are always taken by the entrepreneur himself, of real physical products. PPF never uses artificial intelligence to create product images: They must be absolutely reliable! Artificial intelligence is only used judiciously, for example in the background of advertisements, which do not show anything about the products.
I want PPF's customer experience to be reliable and personal, unlike many other operators. PPF can be like a miracle-working friend for a craftsman!
